Ordering 

Can I place orders by phone?

Unfortunately, for security reasons we do not accept any kind of Phone orders. For any questions or concerns during your order check-out process feel free to contact us thru our webstore chat, via Email at customerservice@funkypair.com or 714-786-8055 during our business hours.

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the standard shipping time, we do offer expedited shipping at checkout! If you want to upgrade your shipping please contact us with your Name and Order Number via Email, or use our Online Webchat

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, PayPal and After-Pay.

We do not accept money orders, any and all checks, or wire transfers.

When will I get my refund? 

Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will authorize your refund within 5 business days.

We can not guarantee when your refund will appear in your bank account. This varies by bank and can be up to an additional 10 business days on their end.

How do I check the status of my order?:

  • Login to your FunkyPair account and click on Orders and select the order you are looking for.
  • Check Email provided for confirmation number and order information.
  • As soon as your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information!
  • If you have not received tracking information, your order is most likely still being processed.
  • Track your package with the tracking number we provided you!

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email with your confirmation number and order details. Please double check the email provided at checkout. In the event of your email address being incorrect simply contact our customer service and we can help correct future emails/notifications.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

  • If you need to make any changes or cancellations please contact customer service within the first 2 hours after placing your order. Customer service can be reached by email or by phone. 
  • For changes/cancellations by Phone please have your order/confirmation number ready to provide to our customer service representatives for quicker assistance.

Changes/cancellations are not guaranteed after the 4 hour time limit.

What if I received a damaged/incorrect item?

  • If you received a damaged item DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ITEM. (If the item is altered in way or form we cannot accept the item back)
  • Do not open/wear incorrect/damaged items.
  • Email or call customer service within the first 5 business days from the date of delivery and take pictures of the item as you received it. If the item is needed urgently let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

 

What if I am unable to locate my delivered package?

Funkypair must be contacted within 5 business days of the alleged delivery date to file a lost package claim. Filing the claim with the carrier first will increase the efficiency of the process. Please contact us with your information and claim number.

Funkypair is not liable for any theft, damage or loss once the package is shipped by our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to anticipate, track, and locate their delivered package through the appropriate carrier.

Your shipping confirmation will contain the delivery date and link to track your package via the corresponding tracking website. Failure to notify Funkypair in the case that you are not able to receive your shipment (or the address is incorrect) may result in a loss (or theft) of the package and the order will not be refunded. 

Shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

If your package is undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender for any reason that Funkypair is not at fault for, 15% will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

 

Do you have a printed catalog?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online.

 

Are your sizes listed in women's size or men's?

  • All of our shoes are listed in US women's size UNLESS otherwise stated. (ie It will say Men's sizes above the numerical options)
