Ordering

Can I place orders by phone?

We accept phone orders Call: 714-786-8055. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Saturday 10AM to 7PM PST to answer your questions. We'd love to hear from you!

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call customer service during regular business hours   We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards, PayPal.

We do not accept money orders, any and all checks, or wire transfers.

Order Tracking & Updates

How do I check the status of my order? You can:

  • Login to your FunkyPair account and click on Orders and select the order you are looking for.
  • Track your package with the tracking number that is sent to the email used at check out.
  • Email customer service and reference your order/confirmation number.
  • Call customer service and reference your order/confirmation number.

 

  • Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

    Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order. We do suggest double checking the email you provide before checking out as small differences like a missing period or additional letter will have your confirmation sent to a void email address. In the event of your email address being incorrect simply contact our customer service and we can help correct future emails/notifications.


    How do I make changes or cancel my order?
    • If you need to make any changes or cancellations please contact customer service within the first 2 hours after placing your order. Customer service can be reached by email or by phone*. Changes/cancellations are not guaranteed after the 2 hour time limit.
    • For changes/cancellations by email please email customerservice@funkypair.com with your order/confirmation number as the subject.

  • For changes/cancellations by phone please have your order/confirmation number ready to provide to our customer service representatives for quicker assistance.

              What if I received a damaged/incorrect item?

  • If you received a damaged item DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ITEM. (If the item is altered in way or form we cannot accept the item back),
  • Do not open/wear incorrect/damaged items.
  • Email or call customer service within the first 5 business days from the date of delivery and take pictures of the item as you received it. If the item is needed urgently let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

 

Do you have a printed catalog?
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online

 

Are your sizes listed in women's size or mens?

  • All of our shoes are listed in US women's size UNLESS otherwise stated. (ie It will say Men's sizes above the numerical options)
