We ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes / APO / FPO address?

Yes, PO Boxes / APO / FPO. Please select USPS Priority as shipping option to avoid any delay. We do not guarantee delivery times on APO / FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship World Wide. Please select from the USPS or FedEx as shipping options provided at checkout. You can choose from Express Mail (EMS), Priority, or FedEx International.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly and need to fix it, what can I do?

In the event that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please contact Customer Service within one hour of placing your order and provide them with the full correct address, otherwise the order will ship out to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

If the package has already been shipped out there is very little assistance we can provide as any changes would have to be directed by the customer to the shipping company handling the package. The package if undeliverable will be sent back to us and once received we will refund the order along with any applicable tax but shipping will not be refunded.


How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on availability of your items, the total weight, distance and shipping option you selected. Our system is connected to UPS, FedEx and USPS, it will calculate shipping cost before you complete your order. You can also view your shopping cart and click on Estimate Shipping Cost.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 USD. and $6 Flat rate on orders under $50 U.S. 48 Continental States Only. International, AK, HI, and P.O. Box address are not included in Free shipping offer. Please select USPS Priority, USPS Express, or Fed Ex to avoid any delay.

Most orders placed before 12:00 Midnight PST will be ship out on next business day, this includes Next Day Air and Express Mail Service. We have the option to use UPS or USPS for order under 9 oz. Unless other wise spevified. Any return order with free shipping will result in 15% restocking fees.


Discreet Shipping
On special request, we can remove our logo on our shipping label and boxes. So it will be safe shipping to home or work, no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard discreet UPS box, Priority Box, Brown wrapping paper box or brown envelops for lighter item.. 

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please call at your earliest convenience, but no later than 5 business days after the package was delivered. A customer-care specialist will provide further assistance.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Any item eligible for return/exchange must first have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be provided by Customer Service. (Customer Service may be reached through email at customerservice@funkypair.com or you can give us a call at (714) 786-8055.)

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except by law; there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch, panty, hosiery, wigs, bedroom/lingerie costumes and box items are NOT eligible for return/refund.

As for eligible items there are no restocking fees if you paid for shipping. 15% restocking fees will apply if you received free shipping. 

Exchanges and Returns take about 15 days to process. In the event that you need to make an exchange and need your product urgently we recommend that instead of exchanging an item you purchase the correct item you want now, before it sells out and you simply return the eligible item for a refund. Our inventory is at a first come first serve basis and we cannot guarantee an item will remain in stock during the exchange time frame.


If you need to exchange for a different size, simply send the original pair back with the RA# provided, a copy of your invoice and indicate which size/color you would like and we will ship that out at no additional charge. Our current system can only provide exchanges in size and color in the same model, if you did not like the style and would like a different model simply send the shoes back for a refund and place a separate order for the desired pair. The exchanged items will only be shipped using UPS Ground service for the 48 Continental U.S states only.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost on return items. Shoes need to be returned in their original shoe box, any order sent back without the original shoe box will be denied refund/return. Original shoe box cannot be taped or written on; a $5 USD charge will be applied for any packaging damage. Carefully package the unworn / unused items to be returned and include a copy of your packing slip or invoice indicating if you want a refund or an exchange. We will only refund item cost plus any applicable tax (CA). Shipping cost will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders have a 45 Day Return Policy with the same return/exchange restrictions as stated above. For all International exchanges all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. When the order is sent back for a refund the total charge for the items being returned will be refunded. Shipping cost will not be refunded and exchanges will be charged for shipping.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

No refunds or exchanges, all Clearance items are final sale.

 

HALLOWEEN COSTUME RETURN POLICY

Halloween Return / Exchange Policy is valid on orders placed between October 1to October 19th. Orders placed between October 20-October 31 will be FINAL SALE * NO EXCEPTIONS. All costumes' return deadline will be within 10 business days from receipt. You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving items - with a copy of your invoice - for a full merchandise refund or exchange. All accessories are final sale [no exceptions]. This policy does not include lingerie/bedroom costumes.
