URGENT NOTICE:

MOST ONLINE ORDERS WILL HAVE SLIGHT SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

UPDATE APRIL 3RD, 2020:

Most orders which remain "Pending Fulfillment" will begin shipping next week.

To our valued customers:

As many of you are aware, California’s Governor Gavin Newsom announced a statewide stay-at-home order in an effort to minimize and control the spread of COVID-19, which applies to all Californian’s working in non-essential services and requires them to shelter in place and self quarantine in their homes. This order took effect at midnight on Thursday, March 19th, 2020.

Unfortunately, in order to comply with the order and its mandatory guidelines,as of Friday March 20, 2020 most if not all, daily operations at FUNKYPAIR will temporarily be ON HOLD until further notice in order to better protect both our customers and our employees.

Our physical store location will be temporarily closed, until further notice. However, we do encourage you to place your online orders as always. Upon our return, most orders placed will ship out promptly in the order they are received.

We will continue to monitor the current situation and adjust our operations as recommended by public health agencies and any and all directives of the relevant authorities.

Please continue to check back with us for further updates. Our email and web chat will still remain open and we will attempt to answer any and all relevant questions and concerns in a timely manner.

We ship World Wide. Please select from the USPS or FedEx as shipping options provided at checkout. You can choose from Express Mail (EMS), Priority, or FedEx International.

Any return order with free shipping may result in 15% restocking fees.


Discreet Shipping:

On special request, we can remove our logo on our shipping label and boxes. So it will be safe shipping to home or work, no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard discreet UPS box, Priority Box, Brown wrapping paper box or brown envelopes for lighter items.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

We take great care in packing your items so that they can arrive safely, Unfortunately carriers do not always treat them as such. If your package arrives damaged (ie your package looks like a team of elephants used it for a soccer match) please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us within the first 3 business days. 

If your package's tracking states delivered but you cannot locate it please contact the carrier to file a claim within the first 3 business days. After the given time frame there is very limited help we can provide.

Incorrect Address:

If you believe you entered the shipping address incorrectly please email customerservice@funkypair.com within the first 2 hours from the time the order is placed, State your order/confirmation number as your subject line and provide us with the full correct address in the email or give us a call Monday-Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm PST and reference your order number.

If the order is sent back due to an incorrect address due to a customer mistake the order will be refunded back minus shipping fees (as they are a service that has already been provided) and orders with free shipping will see a $6.00 USD deduction from the refund amount.

If you choose to have the order re-sent out we will invoice you $6.00 USD for a flat rate shipping.

Delayed Shipping:

If our warehouse has a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email and be informed when the package will ship. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier.

Custom Duties and Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any and all local customs duties and taxes at or before delivery in countries where applicable. Check with your local post office for details on the rates for international packages.
