SHOE 30 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
*Shoes are only eligible for a full refund if they're received in new and unworn condition with their original packaging.*
Any shoes eligible for return/exchange must first have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be provided by Customer Service to be accepted by our warehouse.
Please Email your Name, Order number and the reason for return. Or you can contact us through our online webchat!
Exchanges can typically take 15-20 business days to fully process. If the item is needed urgently, please place a new order and begin the return process on your original pair.
Our current system can only provide exchanges in size and color in the same model. For a different shoe model/style please process a new order on our website and send your original pair back to us for a refund on the item.
Orders that received free shipping or chose flat rate will be invoiced a $10.00 USD charge for shipping on the outgoing exchange pair(s).
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs on return items. Shoes need to be returned in their original shoe box. Any order sent back without the original shoe box will be denied refund/return. Original shoe box cannot be taped or written on; a $10.00 USD charge will be applied for any packaging damage. Carefully package the unworn / unused shoes and include a copy of your packing slip or invoice indicating if you want a refund or an exchange. We will only refund the item cost plus any applicable tax (CA). Shipping costs will not be refunded as it will be a service which has already been rendered.
Any return received by our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.
INTERNATIONAL SHOE RETURNS
International shoe orders have a 45 Day Return Policy with the same return/exchange restrictions as stated above. For all International exchanges all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. When the order is sent back for a refund, the total charge for the items being returned will be refunded. Shipping cost will not be refunded and exchanges will be charged for shipping.
All Clothing including Lingerie, Ravewear, and Dancewear will be final. No Exceptions. For further questions, contact us before purchasing.
No refunds or exchanges, all Clearance items are final sale.
HALLOWEEN COSTUME RETURN POLICY:
Costume Orders placed between October 15th-November 7th will be FINAL SALE * NO EXCEPTIONS. Return deadline for eligible costumes will be within 10 business days from receipt. Return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached in its original packaging - with a copy of your invoice - for a full merchandise refund or exchange. All accessories are final sale [no exceptions]. This policy does not include lingerie/bedroom costumes, which are Final Sale.
What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order.
If you received a damaged/incorrect item email or call customer service within the first 5 business days from the date of delivery and take pictures of the item as you received it. If the item is needed urgently let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ITEM. If the item(s) is altered in any way our warehouse will be forced to deny the return and the item will be discarded. This disqualifies any item for a refund.
